Specializing in Soapstone, Alabaster and Marble, Kevin has had a life long love of stone. At the age of 17 he became a stone and marble mason.
He practiced his trade in Ontario, British Columbia, the Yukon, California and Oregon.
In 1964 Kevin was introduced to stone carving by Inuit carvers with whom he spent six months carving and studying the art. He spends as much time in the wild as possible prospecting and studying the animals, birds and the fish.
Kevin prefers to carve the animals of British Columbia and the arctic as well as the faces of First Nation's people that shows their strong proud features. Kevin's carvings can be found across Canada, the United States, Great Britain, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia.
Kevin, now retired, works full time from his studio in the town of Maple Ridge, B.C. where he resides with his wife.
